This group will be a place to find sisterhood, validation, support, resources and so much more.

Over 6 weeks you will learn the process of physiological birth, how to be prepared and make your voice heard and how to surrender and trust in your ability to birth,

This isn’t just the how, it’s the who, what, where, when, and why.

This isn't just a birth prep class. You will have access to educational and emotional support during your delivery and postpartum support for those precious first weeks after birth. We're talking full on call doula support when you need it.
